Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
